• 24-Hour Modification Window: Sizing adjustments or cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase before leather cutting begins.
• 14-Day Returns & Exchanges: Standard sizes (XS–5XL) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Custom-measured garments are final sale.
• Return Terms & 22% Restocking Fee: Return tracked postage to our Dublin studio is covered by the client. Refunds on standard sizes are subject to a 22% bespoke production & restocking deduction (100% waived for your first size exchange or store credit).
• Customs & Duties (DDU): Dispatched directly from our international partner ateliers; local import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
