1. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal and passing it under your arms.

2. Waist: Measure the smallest part of the waist, right above the hip bone.

3. Sleeve: Measure from the top of your shoulder, down the outside of your arm, to your wrist.
