Import Duties & Taxes Maverick Jacket is based in Dublin, Ireland, within the European Union.

• Orders shipped to countries within the EU will not be subject to any additional customs charges or import duties. The price you see is the price you pay.
• For orders shipped outside of the EU (including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.), you are responsible for any import duties, customs, and local taxes levied by your country. Maverick Jacket is not liable for these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Our Commitment We take great pride in the design and manufacture of our products to ensure their longevity and your satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items returned in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you, and no refund or exchange will be issued.

To initiate a return, email us at support@MaverickJacket.com. All authorized returns must be mailed to: 3 Fernwood Court, Dublin 24, Ireland, D24 Y9EX. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will reply with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Fees We subsidise the cost of returns to make the process as easy as possible. For your convenience, we can provide a return shipping label and deduct a small flat fee from your refund amount. The fees are as follows:

• Ireland & EU: €15
• United Kingdom: £15
• USA: $20
• Canada: C$25
• Australia: A$30
• Rest of World: €25
  

Processing Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your returned order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The first re-delivery for an exchange is complimentary.

• Outlet / Sale Items: Can only be returned for store credit.
• Bespoke & Custom-Made Jackets: These items are made to your specifications and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
